Hats Off to the Class of 1985! Breaks $1 Million Mark for DCF.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of members of the Dartmouth Class of 1985, we have successfully raised over $1.045 millon for the Dartmouth College Fund! Take a look at our Class Honor Roll of donors on the Dartmouth College Fund web site. The Fund itself had a fantastic year, receiving gifts of $48.5 million to keep the Dartmouth Experience as powerful as ever.

Our truly exceptional fundraising achievement marks us as one of only eight classes able to gift more than one million dollars to the College in a non-reunion year. Pretty darn impressive!

A very warm thanks to the donors who were part of our terrific accomplishment this past year. Thanks to the strong contribution of the Class of 1985, Dartmouth students of today are becoming world-changers of tomorrow. It’s indeed an honor to enable their successes.  If you want to get a jump on your gift for FY 2015, head on over to the Dartmouth College Fund page and make your gift online.

Thank you!

Gaby and Joe

PS The news only gets better . . . as we head into our 30th reunion fundraising year, we have an inspiring gift of $1.0 million already on the books. We’ve always been a strong class, but we are on the brink of becoming a truly legendary one.

Let Her Spell On Them Remain

Wow, what a good time! If you made it to Reunion I hope you had as good a time as I did. If you didn’t, we’ll see you at our 30th, right? Hopefully the Class Agents and others will post some summaries of how well we did for the College, but I can tell you we met our goals and raised over $3.5 million for the College. Amazing.

Lots of pictures to come (thanks Jon Goldman for the one in this post – that’s a view of Tuck Drive and our tent in front of the Gold Coast dorms), but don’t wait for me! Post your own thoughts on Reunion and other class topics.
