Come hear your classmates sing!
Well the call went forth for reunion singers, and your classmates answered in force. Forty-five of them and counting!
From the North, South, East and West and overseas
Sopranos, Altos, Tenors and Basses (and some “well I used to sing __________”)
‘85’s, ‘86’s ‘87’s and some singing spouses. The more the merrier! (Singers, not spouses. You know what we meant).
Glee Clubbers, Chamber Singers, Aires and Decibelles, Gospel Choristers and even some rugged individualists.
We will be reconnecting, warming up the pipes, remembering our repertoire and refreshing our sight-singing on Saturday afternoon, so that we can sing for you Saturday evening in the ‘85 tent (at 9:30pm, after our Lobster Bake Dinner).
What will we be singing, you may ask? Will it be Dartmouth faves? gospel tunes? folk songs? 80’s power ballads? Crowd-pleasing singalongs? Pop punk anthems?
We can’t ruin the surprise – you’ll just have to hear for yourself.
